Welcome to Royal Oak Village, an affordable housing community located in beautiful Morgan Hill, California. Residents enjoy a variety of community amenities, including a clubhouse, community center, computer lab, dog park, on-site laundry facilities, outdoor patio, playground, open recreational areas, and a social service room that supports the Rapid Rehousing program.

Our one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes feature thoughtfully designed living spaces with ceiling fans, energy-efficient appliances, hard-surface flooring, high-efficiency air conditioning, low-emission windows, and a solar photovoltaic system. Water, sewer, and garbage services are included.

Royal Oak Village consists of 73 total units, including 72 residential apartment homes and 1 management unit. Residential units are designated under specific housing programs with eligibility requirements as follows:

18 Rapid Rehousing units are referred directly through the Office of Supportive Housing and are not available through the property management office.

22 Property-Based Voucher units are referred directly through the Santa Clara County Housing Authority and are not available through the property management office.

30 Agricultural units are reserved for households employed in qualifying food and soil-based agricultural work. These units are intended for individuals working in crop production and related agricultural activities. Employment in fisheries, forestry, ornamental plants, flowers, or nursery operations does not qualify.

2 Two-Bedroom Tax Credit units are available through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and are subject to income and program eligibility requirements.

Please note: Management cannot place applicants into referral-based housing programs or provide referrals. Individuals seeking housing through the Rapid Rehousing or Property-Based Voucher programs must work directly with the appropriate referring agency. Availability within all programs is limited and subject to program requirements.
